Internal-use terms

Use is limited to representatives authorized by Shadow View Estates Homeowners Association to access its accounting records. Access to this tool does not authorize actions beyond the user's HOA duties or QuickBooks permissions.

The initial connector provides company information and financial reports for review. It does not impose charges, initiate payments or modify QuickBooks accounting records. Any future expansion requires separate authorization and a review of the app's access and disclosures.

Keep credentials and confidential HOA information private. Do not share access with unauthorized individuals. Use AI services only with model training/data sharing disabled and with the minimum information needed for the accounting task.

Users remain responsible for reviewing reports and AI-generated summaries against QuickBooks before relying on them. The tool does not provide professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.

The association may suspend or discontinue the connection. QuickBooks administrators can revoke access through QuickBooks. Intuit and any selected AI or hosting services remain subject to their own terms. The association does not charge a separate fee for this internal connector.
