Disconnect

An authorized QuickBooks administrator can open the company's connected-app settings, select Shadow View Estates HOA Accounting, and disconnect it. This revokes future access without deleting or changing accounting records.

Ask Jeremy Courtney at jeremy@andycourtney.com to remove the local saved connection as well. Removing the connection does not automatically remove reports you saved or conversations held in an AI service. Handle those records in the corresponding systems under the association's retention requirements.
