Shadow View Estates HOA Accounting is an internal desktop tool for authorized Shadow View Estates Homeowners Association representatives in Tucson, Arizona. It connects to the association's QuickBooks Online company to retrieve company information and financial reports for bookkeeping review.

The initial version permits read-only accounting requests. It does not create transactions, change balances, send invoices, collect payments, or access bank passwords. QuickBooks supplies an accounting authorization scope that is broader than these functions; the connector itself restricts the available operations.

Authorized representatives may use AI assistants to summarize requested reports. AI output is reviewed by a person and is not a substitute for the association's bookkeeper, accountant, or legal counsel.
